سنتابع الدروس مع قناة EF podEnglish، سنبدأ بالمقال الـ 13 (المقال الثاني من المستوى الثالث) الذي يتضمن الدروس من 35 – 36، نتمنى لك مشاهدة ممتعة ومفيدة.

الدرس الـ 35 :

Job interview.  (مقابلات العمل)

And polite questions in it.  (السؤال بتهذيب)

 

• نستطيع أن نبدأ أسئلتنا بأي من هذه العبارات ليصبح السؤال أكثر تهذيباً:

What do you consider?

May I ask?

Could you tell me?

• Ex 1: What is your greatest strength?

>>>    What do you consider your greatest strength?   (more polite)

• Ex 2: What is your greatest weakness?

>>>    May I askyour greatest weakness is?   (more polite)

(عندما تكون الجملة طويلة نضع is في نهاية الجملة).

 

• Ex 3: What job are you doing?

>>>    Could you tell me what job you are doing?   (more polite)

(Could you tell me = May I ask)

الدرس الـ 36 :

Present perfect and past simple.

( الحاضر التام والماضي البسيط ومتى أستخدم كل منهما وكيف؟ )

• Present perfect : for something that continuous until now.   (حدث في الماضي واستمر حتى الآن)

( has/have + past participle )

• Ex 1: I‘ve lived here for 10 years.

Ex 2: I haven’t seen you since school.

Ex 3: I have always worked hard.

• We can use short answers:

Ex : Has he had an interesting life?

Yes, he has.    or     No, he hasn’t.

 

• Past simple : gives more details about the past.   (حدث وانتهى في الماضي ويوضح تفاصيل أكثر)

 

• Ex 1: She worked very hard in school.

Ex 2: He had a family.

Ex 3: I learned many skills.

Ex 4: His health was poor.

Ex 5: She left the school and travelled around the world.
